Who can participate in the Sport Challenge?

All SEMEA Cluster employees with permanent, fixed-term or internship contracts can participate, provided that they are actively employed during the Challenge and are not serving a notice period. Employees on maternity leave may participate where this is compatible with local laws and individual circumstances.

Participation is voluntary.

How do I register?

Enrollment must be completed starting from 01/07/2026 by accessing the dedicated Sport Challenge portal: https://sportactive.fit/.

The deadline for registration is 31/07/2026.

There are 3 registration options:

  • Team registration by the team captain. The captain registers himself/herself and the team members. Each team member will receive an email invitation, which must be accepted by completing their own registration.
  • Individual registration with a request to join an existing team.
  • Individual registration without indicating a team. In this case, the participant may later request to join an existing team, receive an invitation to join an existing team, or be assigned by the Core Project Team to an existing team.

When does the Sport Challenge start and end?

The Sport Challenge will run from September 15, 2026 at 00:01 until November 1, 2026, at 24:00. During this period, participants will be able to log their activities and contribute toward achieving the challenge goals.

Do I need to be part of a team to participate?

Yes. Every registered participant must belong to a team in order to take part in the challenge.

How many teams can I join?

Each participant can join only one team.

How many people can be in a team?

Each team must have between 6 and 8 members. Diversity across countries, functions and locations is encouraged and rewarded with bonus points.

Does the team need to have a name?

Yes. Each team must choose a team name. The most creative team name may be awarded extra points, subject to evaluation by the Core Project Team.

What happens if a team member leaves the company during the Challenge?

The participant will be excluded from the competition and prizes but the points (bonuses and penalties) earned up to that moment will still count for the team.

What are the Team Captain’s responsibilities?

The Team Captain is responsible for:

  • Registering the team.
  • Inviting team members to join.
  • Reviewing and approving team join requests until the maximum team capacity is reached.

The Team Captain acts as the primary contact for team administration and helps ensure that the team is complete and ready to participate in the Sport Challenge.

What should the team captain do if he/she has already registered the team but want to add or replace a team member?

If the team has not reached the maximum limit of 8 participants, or if a vacancy arises following the termination of the employment or internship of a team member, it will be possible to add another Pandorian to the team throughout the duration of the Sport Challenge.

What should someone do if they registered with one team but wants to switch to another?

By August 31st both team captains must send an email to sportchallenge@pandora.net requesting to change team.

Can an employee/intern hired after the end of July register for the Sport Challenge?

Yes, new hires can register during the Sport Challenge by joining an existing team.

Which sports activities are valid?

Eligible activities are listed in Annex A of the rules.

How is the team's overall score calculated?

The team’s overall score is calculated by adding together the points earned by all team members, minus any penalties that may be applied during the challenge.

How are points calculated?

Each activity earns points according to Annex B. Bonus points are awarded for special activities and penalties apply for incorrect or incomplete entries.

What are the prizes?

The top 3 teams will receive vouchers/welfare credits worth:

  • 🥇 €500 per person for 1st place
  • 🥈 €350 per person for 2nd place
  • 🥉 €200 per person for 3rd place

Prizes are subject to local taxation.

If a participant joins the Sport Challenge after the start date, any prize due will be proportionally adjusted based on the number of days of actual registration.

To be eligible to receive a prize, the employment relationship with Pandora must still be in effect at the time of prize allocation and neither party must have expressed the intention to terminate the employment contract. If disciplinary proceedings are underway against a winning employee at the date of prize distribution, the employee will be excluded from receiving the prize.

What are Mini Challenges?

Mini Challenges are activities or participation milestones that allow teams and participants to earn additional points throughout the Sport Challenge. Some bonus points can be self-reported by participants, while others are awarded directly by the Core Project Team following verification or evaluation.

What happens if someone does not comply with the rules?

Failure to comply with the challenge rules may result in the disqualification of the individual participant or the entire team. In addition, the regulations provide for any disciplinary measures deemed appropriate and proportionate to the nature and severity of the violation.

Who assigns points and manages the Challenge?

The Core Project Team, composed of HR members, verifies activities and assigns points. They may also modify the rules at any time to ensure fair competition.

What happens in the event of a tie?

The following criteria will be considered:

  • Number of different sports practiced
  • Number of days with recorded activities

How is personal data handled?

Personal data (name, email, activities, photos) is processed by Pandora in compliance with privacy regulations. Data will be deleted within 60 days after the prizes are awarded.

How can we track our sport activities?

What is the valid period for activities?

Only activities performed between September 15 and November 1st 2026 are valid.

How many activities can I submit per day?

Each participant may record multiple sports activities per day, provided that at least 2 hours elapse between the end of the previous activity and the start of the next one.

📸 Photo Evidence

Is photo evidence required?

Yes, 1–5 photos are mandatory for each activity.

What must the photos show?

  • You performing the sport activity
  • Timestamp and location
  • Consent from others appearing in the photo

How can I show timestamp and location?

Examples include:

  • Screenshots from your phone’s gallery with metadata
  • Apps that overlay date/time/GPS on the photo
  • Maps or geotag screenshots linked to the image
  • Other

🎯 Bonus Points

Can I earn bonus points?

Yes, but each bonus must be supported by specific photo evidence. Examples include:

  • Teammates or Pandora colleagues in the photo
  • Social media screenshots
  • Weather conditions
  • Podium or race certificates
  • Health app screenshots
  • Full pink outfit (Pandora Lover Bonus)

What happens if I assign points incorrectly?

Incorrect self-assignment or missing documentation results in a penalty for your team.

How can I exercise my personal data rights?

You may exercise your rights regarding your personal data—including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your data—by submitting a request to sportchallenge@pandora.net. Requests will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.

Who can access my personal data?

Your personal data may be accessed by relevant Pandora employees involved in the organization and management of the Sport Challenge. In particular, members of the Core Project Team may access your data for the purposes of verifying activities, monitoring compliance with the challenge rules, and managing the allocation of prizes.

In addition, certain information may be shared internally within the Pandora Group for communications and promotional activities related to the Sport Challenge, in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the information provided in the privacy notice.

Can I share photos or information about other participants?

Before sharing photos, personal information, or any content relating to other participants on social media or through other external channels, it is recommended that you obtain their consent. This helps respect individuals’ privacy and ensures that personal data is handled appropriately and responsibly.

How do I submit my sport activities?

Each participant will be responsible for recording their own sports activities (including those that give entitlement to extra points), using the dedicated functionality available on the Sport Challenge portal. The methods for tracking activities will be detailed in Annex C “SEMEA Sport Challenge-Pandora Active 2026-Activity Tracking”, which will be published prior to the start of the Sport Challenge.
